🐛 Fixes

Crash on 1.21.8

• fixed a crash on startup caused by KeyBinding.Category not existing before 1.21.11
• keybind registration now falls back to the old constructor on older MC versions
• reported in #3

Dual-Monitor Borderless

• borderless fullscreen on the second monitor no longer behaves like exclusive fullscreen
• exiting exclusive mode now lands directly on the target monitor instead of briefly jumping to primary
• disabled GLFW_AUTO_ICONIFY so the game wont minimize when you click away in borderless
• exclusive borderless can now properly switch from native mode without getting stuck in GLFW exclusive
• added a fallback for monitor data if Minecraft's MonitorTracker doesnt recognize the display
• reported in #2

⚙️ Technical

• KeyBinding registration wrapped in NoClassDefFoundError catch with reflection fallback
• glfwSetWindowMonitor exit call now uses target monitor coordinates instead of (0, 0)
• GLFW_AUTO_ICONIFY set to GLFW_FALSE in both applyBorderlessFullscreen and applyExclusiveBorderless
• applyExclusiveBorderless now exits GLFW exclusive mode before applying borderless attributes
• both borderless methods fall back to raw GLFW data (glfwGetMonitorPos + glfwGetVideoMode) when MonitorTracker returns null
