Tweaks to scatter logic
Teleport players back to the starting location at the end of the game
Prevent feeding golden apples to animals during a game
Only send wildcard info if the day is active
Remove crafting armor and golden apples as wildcards if they are active for that game already
Increased default low stamina threshold to 30%
