This adds SD Mode support to Faithful Legacy, and more textures for Minimega.

The filename is now changed to faithful_legacy, it's so modpack authors can update it without replacing it via packwiz, it's mainly for Re-Console+.
The shield, ribbon, players, and the Glide GUI textures have now matched to be 32x for Minimega.
