Manhunt

It gives Hunters a tracking compass that updates every second, which keeps the tracking accurate without slowing down your server. The compass detects when the Runner moves to a different dimension, and will let you know they are currently out of range.

If a Hunter dies, the compass is not dropped on the ground, meaning it cannot be stolen or lost. instead, it will be given back to you in your inventory as soon as you respawn.

Example Usage:
/manhunt setrunner Herobrine <-- Sets runner to player "Herobrine" (OP Permissions required)
/manhunt removerunner Herobrine <-- Removes "Herobrine" as runner (OP Permissions required)
/manhunt getcompass <-- Gives you a compass to track the current runner
/manhunt whostherunner <-- Says who's the current runner
